I manage a beachfront vacation duplex in Oceanside. Because of ocean air our hvac systems are constantly needing upkeep and part replacement. We decided to replace the entire HVAC system in both units. I only trust Premier 1 Heating and Air to do our service and maintenance. This was a huge replacement job which required a crane to remove old a/c units and bring in the new. Eddie coordinated everything and replaced both A/C and Heating system in 1 weekend. He and his crew worked diligently and our systems are in great working order. I know I can always count on Eddie to get the job done in good time and excellent quality.

I used Eddie to help with a bathroom fan install and highly recommend. He took the time to discuss on the phone the scope of the project and he arrived at the scheduled time for install.
